Keelbase Capital welcomes Nick Burrin to the team

We’re excited to share that Nick Burrin has recently joined Keelbase Capital as a Senior Associate. Nick brings deep institutional real estate experience across acquisitions, development, and asset management, with a strong focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to Keelbase, Nick played a key role at MainStreet Property Group, where he helped develop more than 1,000 residential units and led capitalization, entitlement, and underwriting efforts — contributing meaningfully to the firm’s capital relationships and growth. Earlier in his career, Nick was part of the investment team at Unico Properties, managing a national portfolio of commercial assets and supporting notable mixed-use developments in Seattle and Portland.

Nick will manage Keelbase’s pipeline of investment opportunities, lead underwriting and risk analysis, and support asset management within the firm’s investment verticals.
